Meet The Founder
Tamitha Grady is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Administrator of Carter Elite Homecare, LLC. With more than 30 years of experience serving seniors, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of older adults through compassionate, person-centered care.
Throughout her career, Tamitha has worked closely with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other age-related conditions. Her experience has taught her that exceptional care is built on dignity, patience, respect, and genuine compassion. Those values are the foundation of Carter Elite Homecare.
Carter Elite Homecare was created from both professional experience and personal purpose. The company was established in honor of Tamitha's beloved grandchild, Carter, whose memory continues to inspire the agency's commitment to serving others with love, excellence, and integrity. Every client is treated as family, and every interaction reflects the belief that compassionate care can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
As Founder and Administrator, Tamitha is committed to building a team of highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who provide dependable, respectful, and individualized care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Her vision is for Carter Elite Homecare to become one of Georgia's most trusted home care providers by delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships with families, and honoring every client with the compassion and dignity they deserve.
